Fixes & Improvements
In the current release of TheWorxHub, the following have been implemented and fixed.
Made location selection easier on the web

The location picker now highlights recently used locations, provides a clearer search experience, shows location hierarchy more clearly, and supports smoother keyboard navigation.
Improved Work Request attachments

The preview window now has better spacing and sizing, making requestor details easier to read.
Refreshed the mobile Work Request form

The mobile form now follows the updated web experience and provides more consistent behavior when using templates, whether the device is online or offline.
Improved mobile location selection

Finding and choosing locations is now easier during both online and offline use, helping mobile users create accurate requests in the field.
Updated report downloads to .xlsx

Reports now download in the newer Excel format instead of the older .xls format. This supports larger reports and reduces compatibility warnings when opening files in current spreadsheet applications.
Improved asset search performance

An additional database lookup was added to help the system find asset information more efficiently, which can improve response times in areas that use asset records.
Issues Resolved
-
Fixed an issue where some Senior Living users were experiencing delays while opening the project dashboard. The way the dashboard retrieves information was adjusted to reduce waiting time and improve responsiveness.

Fixed an issue where users could receive email notifications for Work Orders associated with inactive or past entities when subscriptions were copied. Notification rules were updated to ensure messages are sent only to the appropriate recipients and active records.

Fixed an issue where changes to pick up or appointment times were not appearing in trip history. The activity log was enhanced to record these updates, making it easier to track what changed and when.

Fixed an issue where users without drawing-exploration permissions could encounter an error when selecting a location on a map. The location selection process was adjusted to respect user permissions and prevent server errors.

Fixed an issue where barcode scanning on iPhones could open the front-facing camera instead of the rear camera. The scanning experience was updated to use the rear camera by default.

Fixed an issue where a Work Request could incorrectly indicate that no location was selected after choosing a template and a recently used location. The validation logic was updated to recognize the selected location correctly.

Fixed an issue where Work Orders created from a template did not always display their source template in connected systems. Work Order details were updated to include parent template information, improving traceability for integrations and support teams.

In the current release of TheWorxHub, the following have been implemented and fixed.
PCC Legacy – Automatic Resident Discharge on Sync

Resident records that no longer match the latest PCC information are now automatically discharged during synchronization.

This enhancement helps keep resident information accurate and current without requiring manual updates.
Issues Resolved
-
Fixed an issue where documents in the File Library were downloading instead of opening directly in the browser. Files now open as expected based on the user’s browser preferences.

Resolved an issue where Asset exports without a site filter were returning a blank spreadsheet. Asset exports now include all available asset data.

For mobile application, fixed an issue where Work orders linked to high-resolution floorplans were missing the option to view the location on a map. Floorplans are now accessible regardless of resolution.

Resolved an issue where the Just My Work permission was not being applied to the Transportation Dashboard, which could allow drivers to see more work orders than intended. Visibility is now correctly limited based on user permissions.

Fixed an issue where authorized requestors could not access the Transportation Calendar across multiple communities. Calendar visibility is now restored for users with the appropriate permissions.

Resolved an issue where the Location Mapping template was showing incorrect information for PCC-enabled sites. The template now populates with the correct location data.

Fixed an issue where filters selected in the PCC Integration space were not retained when applied more than once. Filters now remain selected and are applied consistently.

Meter Reading Visibility in the Main Application

Meter reading information is now displayed on corrective work orders within the main application, providing greater visibility into key readings recorded at the time the work order was created.
Meter Reading Access in Mobile

Meter reading details are now available on corrective work orders in the mobile app, enabling technicians to view and capture readings without interrupting their workflow.
Expanded Reporting Capabilities

Meter reading information is now included in reporting for corrective work orders, making it easier to analyze readings alongside maintenance history and work activity.
Issues Resolved

Fixed an issue where printing a work order form displayed an incorrect resident name unrelated to the work order or its location.

Resolved a failure during resident sync imports that caused a catastrophic error and unmapped location problems when processing the import file.

Fixed an issue where a previously completed work order could have timers unexpectedly restart, logging erroneous labor entries and re-completing the work order without user action.

Resolved an "Unhandled exception" error that occurred when starting or stopping the timer on work orders via the mobile site. Desktop was unaffected.

Fixed an issue where vehicles assigned exclusively to one department (with Multi-Department Use disabled) were incorrectly appearing in other departments' vehicle selection lists during trip creation.

Resolved a discrepancy where the "Entry Allowed" field on a scheduled work order did not reflect the current housekeeping entry setting until the work order instance was generated. Both now display the correct value.

Fixed an issue where scheduling a pickup trip without a passenger would display a "Save was successful" message but fail to create the pickup trip or assign a trip number.

Resolved an issue where editing a corrective action work request within a pass/fail inspection survey caused both the survey and the work request to be lost from the system.

Resolved an error that prevented administrators from moving users between roles (e.g., Standard to Manager) using the role assignment grid in Settings > Users.
Rebranding to Siemens Software
Brightly is now Siemens. Same world-class software, new look and feel.
The TheWorxHub product suite has been rebranded to align with Siemens.
This update introduces Siemens branding across the application, replacing previous BrightlySoftware branding within customer-facing screens and supporting documentation.
The support email displayed in help documentation reflects the new Siemens address for the Support Team.
As part of this transition, support contact information has also been updated, and help documentation now reflects the Siemens Support Team email address.
This rebranding does not affect product functionality and is intended to provide a consistent experience across the Siemens TheWorxHub software offerings.

File Download Improvements

Downloaded files from File Manager now retain their original file name and extension instead of displaying a system-generated string.
Improved Security Print Readability

Security incident printouts now use a larger font size, aligned with the work order print format, for better readability.
Issues Resolved

Resolved an issue where users could not edit the Location field when uploading multiple attachments on Digital Compliance Binder substandard.

Resolved an issue causing latency when opening the Capital Planning panel on assets with capital planning data.
-
Resolved an issue where iPhone users experienced unexpected page zooming when entering labor time or starting a timer on a work order.

Resolved an issue where long barcode values in Mobile Inventory could cause problems; barcode entry is now limited to 20 characters to match the main application.

Resolved an issue where incorrect mileage calculations in Transportation occurred due to the colon separator between a Favorite Destination name and its address. Mileage now computes correctly without requiring manual edits.

Resolved an issue that prevented the Asset Replacement Schedule report from running when a large number of locations were selected.

Resolved an issue that caused only task-list-item meters to carry over when creating a work order from a template. Meters from linked assets and ad-hoc sources are now included as expected.

Resolved multiple state-management issues in the Billing Info Panel for work order templates. Now, Bill Inventory and Markup % fields reset appropriately when the Bill Resident option is unchecked, and the Bill Date field is hidden when billing is inactive.

Resolved an issue where driver names were not displayed correctly when assigning a driver through the mobile app.

Resolved an issue where the Surveys tab appeared in WorxIQ for sites that do not own the Surveys/Inspections module.

Fixed an issue in WorxIQ reports where selecting an Asset Category filter caused the Subcategory dropdown to go blank, preventing proper report filtering.

Resolved an issue where the Compliance List View grid overflows over the bottom footer of the page.

Resolved a naming mismatch where multi-worker auto completion displayed as “Master” in Completion Details but as “TheWorxHub” in the log. Labels are now consistent across both areas.

Resolved a 403 error that occurred when attempting to close or complete a trip from the Transportation Dashboard.

Resolved an issue where editing and saving a task list on a Scheduled Work Order template in WorxIQ caused the page to spin indefinitely

Resolved a 403 Forbidden error that occurred when attempting to print a project permit.

Resolved an issue where Excel sheet exported from a PCC-enabled site was empty. The stored procedure responsible for retrieving location mapping data was using an inner join instead of a left join, which caused rows to be excluded from the export. The join has been updated, and exports now include all relevant data.

Immediate Email Notifications for New Staff

When a new staff member is added, email notifications are now automatically enabled right away for key activities such as:

Resolved an issue where users were receiving an error when trying to edit favorite reports.

Resolved an issue where deleted saved favorite report in WorxIQ no longer reappear after refreshing the page.

Resolved an issue where Guest tab which was failing to load for some users and displayed a spinning indicator with no results, now displays the expected results.

Resolved an issue where adding a team member to a work order no longer appears multiple times in the labor list and now each person appears only once.

Resolved an issue where compliance frequencies set through WorxIQ were not showing accurately in the Digital Binder dashboard grid for child sites.
Maintenance Release
Fixes & Improvements
In the current release of TheWorxHub, the following have been implemented and fixed.
Added ‘Sort By’ drop-down list to the Dashboard

Users can now sort the work order by priority in the Dashboard section including Asset Risk, Routine Duties, Approvals Required, and On Hold.

Work orders sorted by priority are grouped under their respective priority headers, consistent with the mobile app experience, and load within five seconds.
Removed Mandatory Location Field from Work Order/Schedule Work Order Templates Forms

Location field in Work order and scheduled work order is no longer displayed as required.

Users can now create and update the workorder/Schedule Workorder template without selecting a location.
-
This provides greater flexibility when location information is not applicable or not yet determined.
Added Acceptable Range Details to Meter Reading Confirmation Message

The meter reading confirmation message now displays the acceptable meter range of details across both the desktop and mobile applications (online and offline).
-
This allows technicians to immediately verify whether the entered value is within range, helping to prevent typos or incorrect entries at the point of input.
Issues Resolved

Resolved an issue where the meter panel on work orders with many meters (e.g., 80+) was taking more time to load.

Fixed an issue that prevented users from editing Risk Scoring for Biomed equipment through both the WorxIQ portal and individual site settings.

Resolved an issue where deactivated sites that are no longer part of a client's account will no longer appear in the Risk settings.
-
Fixed an issue where the labor timer was being auto-stopped days after a work order had already been completed, generating incorrect log entries with no associated labor.

Resolved an issue where technicians could inadvertently have two labor timers running simultaneously on different work orders, resulting in duplicated labor entries.

Fixed a recurring issue where HTML/formatting tags appeared as visible text in custom permits.

Fixed a bug where printing a work order from the Dashboard produced a "Sub report could not be shown" error message at the bottom of the generated PDF.

Fixed an issue on both desktop and mobile where a resident’s name was appearing in search results for a location; they were not actually assigned to, preventing access to their correct profile.

Fixed an issue where the system failed to auto-calculate or transfer labor time to labor cost.

Fixed an issue where manually updating "Partner Integration Location IDs" for various locations displayed a "Saved" confirmation, but changes were not retained when the location profile was revisited.

Automatically Update the Due Dates Based on its Priority Settings

TWH main or mobile app (online/offline mode) will now automatically update the Work Order’s due dates based on the selected priority due date settings.

Work order due dates will automatically recalculate from the priority’s due date settings not only for requests and new work orders, but also when:

A request becomes a Work Order

The priority is changed on existing work orders in eligible statuses (In Progress, On Hold)

Manual changes to due dates are retained on save and logged.

Authorized users continue to have the ability to edit due dates as needed.
Added a Global Unique Identifier (GUID) to an asset form

TWH main or mobile application will now auto-generate Global Unique Identifier for both new and existing assets.

Read only asset Global Unique Identifier (GUID) field has been added to the asset form ensuring users can view but not modify and changed once it assigned
-
Global Unique Identifier (GUID) serves as a permanent and standard reference for each asset and plays a crucial role in enabling smooth synchronization, auditing, and integration with external applications by providing a consistent and unique identifier for each asset.

Resolved an issue where the error message was not displaying properly when modifying Standard and Corporate Roles.

Fixed a UI issue in the Digital Compliance Binder where the Edit/Delete buttons in the Attachments tab were pushed too far to the right and were not visibly accessible. They are now clearly visible and accessible to the users.

Excel Template Enhancement
An excel import template now auto-populates the Asset Qty Unit field when users select category and subcategory while importing Origin Assets into TheWoxHub.

Resolved an issue in the main app where the chat was blocked by the main body of the application.

Resolved an issue where a client scanning a TWH-generated inventory barcode that is already tied to inventory in their site resulted in a blank screen.

Resolved an issue on mobile where the user was unable to open a work order from where it was linked (created) as a correction to Task on another work order.

Resolved an issue where an ICRA Permit could not be approved by a reviewers.

Resolved an issue where COI expiry date in Contractor profile could not be saved.

Fixed an issue where Room booking recurrence was not adhering to the pattern.

Resolved an issue where Recurring RBs (Room Bookings) from Pleasant View were causing the app to not auto generate other clients Recurring RB (Room Booking) and generated WOs for the impacted RBs were picking up the creation date of the template used to create them.

Updated the Recurring Room Booking pop up, to provide additional information and clarification.

Resolved an issue where users navigating from WorxIQ to a single site were missing information when attempting to view the site calendar.

Added an indicator that will display for the user when Storage Location and Quantity are missing to avoid inconsistencies.

Fixed an issue where Maintenance templates attached to room bookings were not triggering labor assignment emails.

An issue was resolved where incorrect due dates were displayed in projects due to time zone differences.

Fixed an error where users were experiencing weird displays when entering symbols into the free text area of the permitting module.
